Birth Support Centered on You

Feel informed. Feel confident. Feel cared for.

More Than Labor Support

Preparing Your Body, Heart & Mind for Birth

My role as your doula isn't to make decisions for you or speak over you. It's to help you feel informed enough to understand your options, confident enough to ask questions and express your preferences, and supported enough to know you don't have to navigate birth alone.

Depending on your needs, our work together may include:

Choose the Support That’s Right for You

Every mother needs something a little different. Graceful Birth Care offers three levels of birth support so you can choose the experience that best fits your family, your needs, and the level of care you'd like throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

Essential Birth Support: $1500

Thoughtful, dependable support for your pregnancy and birth.

Essential Birth Support provides the core doula care you need to prepare for labor with confidence and have continuous support by your side when the time comes.

Signature Birth Experience: $2000 | Private Pay

More preparation. More connection. More support before and after birth.

The Signature Birth Experience gives us more time together to prepare not only you, but also your partner, for the experience ahead.

We'll create a personalized plan for your birth, practice comfort techniques, and talk through your preferences so you can approach labor feeling prepared rather than fearful. After baby arrives, we'll continue that relationship as you recover, adjust, and find your footing in those first weeks.

Premium Motherhood Journey: $3000 | Private Pay

High-touch support from pregnancy through your first month of motherhood.

The Premium Motherhood Journey is for the mother who wants a consistent source of guidance, reassurance, and encouragement throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

We'll spend more time preparing together so that when labor begins, you and your partner know what to expect and have tools to draw from. And after your baby arrives, I'll continue walking alongside you as you recover physically, process your birth, and adjust emotionally to motherhood.

Individual & Virtual Support

Need a little support without a full doula package?

You don't have to be a full-service birth client to receive guidance from Graceful Beginnings. Individual virtual sessions are available for mothers and couples who need focused support at a particular point in pregnancy or postpartum.

Doula support does not replace medical care. Concerns about your health, your baby's health, or symptoms requiring medical evaluation should always be directed to your healthcare provider.

Who I Support

Every birth story is different, and you don't need to fit a particular mold to benefit from doula care.

Graceful Beginnings welcomes:

  • First-time mothers

  • Mothers preparing for a VBAC

  • Mothers planning an unmedicated birth

  • Mothers navigating high-risk pregnancies who desire additional emotional support

  • Deaf and hard-of-hearing mothers who would benefit from doula support in American Sign Language (ASL)

  • Single mothers

  • Young mothers

  • Mothers simply looking for a steady, compassionate presence throughout pregnancy and birth

You don't have to know exactly what you want your birth to look like before reaching out. We can begin there together.

Graceful Birth Care accepts private-pay clients as well as eligible Medicaid plans.
